Delivery Method

custom.co.nz orders are delivered using either of the four freight companies, Aramex, Courier Post, NZ Couriers or Toll and deliveries are despatched daily and delivered New Zealand wide. Please contact us if you have specific delivery requirements.

Also please note we only deliver orders to a street address and cannot offer delivery of orders to a PO Box.

• Auckland and North Island delivery allow 4 to 6 Business Days
• South Island delivery allow 3 to 5 Business Days
• Rural delivery allow 5 to 10 Business Days
• Please allow extra 1 to 3 Business days for Covid lockdown locations and Season holiday period
• We will supply tracking number for all parcels but if you request parcel to be left at address with no proof of delivery than we cannot accept liability

Please note products purchased from this website are only supplied to addresses within New Zealand.

We accept payment by Visacard, Mastercard, Paypal and Bank Transfer for All Customers payments.

We will accept cancellation of orders if you advised us before your order has been depatched.

Return Policy

Please contact sales@custom.co.nz in regard to any items that needs to be returned. Credits or refunds will be issued or replacement stock offered where an incorrect or faulty item has been delivered. All credits, refunds and replacements will be at the discretion of Custom Electronics Ltd.
